Privacy Policy

This document explains what personal data fintelligence collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it. It covers the public website fintelligence.kz.

If your company uses the app.fintelligence.kz platform, the handling of data inside it is governed by the contract with that company rather than by this document. There we act on the company's instructions, so please direct questions about that data to the company.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is fintelligence, the owner of fintelligence.kz. For any question about how your data is handled, write to hello@fintelligence.kz.

2. What data we collect

2.1. When you submit the form on our website

The consultation request form asks for the minimum:

the name you give us;
a phone number we can reach you on.

Stored automatically alongside it:

the IP address the form was sent from;
the interface language of the site;
the date and time of submission.

2.2. When you simply read the site

Technical cookies. The site sets a session cookie and a cookie that protects forms against request forgery. They exist so the form works. They are not used for advertising and do not track you across other websites.
Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

2.3. What we do not do

The site carries no web analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not follow you across other sites, and we do not sell or otherwise share personal data for commercial purposes.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to your request. Your name and phone number are used only to call or write to you about the enquiry you submitted.
To keep the site working. Technical cookies and server logs are what make pages load, forms submit, and faults diagnosable.
To stop automated submissions. The IP address and submission time help us tell a person from a bot and limit spam.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form.

4. Who we share data with

This list is exhaustive. We do not share data with anyone other than the following.

Telegram. A notification about a new request, containing the name and phone number, is sent to our private internal channel so that the enquiry is not lost.
Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, your browser contacts them directly, and Google receives your IP address and browser details. This is the only third-party service the public page contacts.

5. Where data is stored

The website runs on a server located in Kazakhstan, and requests submitted through it are stored there and are not transferred out of the country. The exceptions are named in section 4: your browser's own request to Google Fonts, and the notification to Telegram.

6. How long we keep it

Requests from the website are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with the enquiry, and are deleted on your request at any time.
Server logs are rotated as they accumulate and are not kept indefinitely.

7. How to request deletion of your data

Write to hello@fintelligence.kz with the subject “Data deletion request”.

So that we can find your record, include the phone number or the name you submitted in the form. Nothing else is needed.

We will delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days of your request. There is no charge for this.

If you prefer, you can send the same request over WhatsApp.

8. Your rights

At any time you may:

find out what data of yours we hold, and obtain a copy of it;
ask us to correct inaccurate data;
ask us to delete your data, as described in section 7;
withdraw your consent to processing;
lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

An email to hello@fintelligence.kz is enough for any of these.

9. Children

The website is intended for companies and their employees. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version is always at fintelligence.kz/privacy-policy/en.
